These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phamco ("phamco," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phamco platform, website, mobile applications, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the phamco platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be unconditionally bound by them. • Single Account: You are permitted to hold one phamco account only. Registering multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

phamco reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, upon withdrawal requests, or at any time deemed necessary by phamco's compliance team. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access phamco's Services, you are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to the following obligations in connection with your phamco account:

• You will provide truthful and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• You will promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You will immediately notify phamco via our 24/7 support channel if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• phamco is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You consent to phamco conducting identity and age verification procedures as part of the registration and ongoing account management process.

phamco reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, where the account is associated with fraudulent activity, or where the account holder no longer meets the eligibility requirements stated in Section 2.

All financial transactions on phamco are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phamco currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Over-the-Counter: 7-Eleven

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the phamco platform:

• Deposits: Funds deposited to your phamco peso wallet are for gaming purposes only. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phamco reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.
• Pending Bonuses: Withdrawal requests made while active bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete may result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings. phamco will notify you of any applicable restrictions at the time of the withdrawal request.

• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phamco reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy.

phamco may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are governed by the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your phamco account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements and minimum odds or game restrictions will be stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, exchanged, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• phamco reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Where phamco reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or using prohibited software — phamco reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and suspend the relevant account.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or IP address.

Players are encouraged to review the specific terms attached to each promotion before opting in. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to all applicable terms. If you do not wish to be subject to bonus terms, you may decline the bonus at the time of offer where that option is available.

phamco offers a game library sourced from globally certified third-party game providers, including but not limited to JILI. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by that game's rules.

• Random Number Generation: All phamco slot games, table games, and virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are independently and statistically fair.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP percentage for each game is provided by the game's developer and is displayed within the game's information panel. RTP is calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are governed by real-time physical dealing procedures. In the event of a technical fault during a live game round, phamco's support team will resolve the matter in accordance with the game provider's published technical fault procedures.
• Voided Rounds: phamco reserves the right to void game rounds where a technical error, data corruption, or software fault has materially affected the integrity of the result. In such cases, wagers placed on voided rounds will be refunded to the player's peso wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phamco platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one phamco account
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with phamco's platform, games, or systems
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to immediately report such issues to phamco support
• Using phamco for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial purpose
• Accessing phamco from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your phamco account to any third party
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, or threatening behaviour toward phamco staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of phamco's platform, software, or infrastructure

All content on the phamco platform — including but not limited to the phamco brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, video content, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of phamco or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phamco platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from phamco without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phamco's platform or content
• Use phamco's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation
• Frame, scrape, or systematically download content from the phamco platform

Any unauthorised use of phamco's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

phamco collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phamco's Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, phamco collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions in Philippine Peso
• Delivering customer support and responding to player queries
• Improving platform performance, game recommendations, and user experience
• Complying with legal obligations, including PAGCOR-aligned reporting requirements and anti-money laundering regulations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phamco, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

• Your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the phamco platform or any Service
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the phamco platform, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Any technical fault, data corruption, or network failure affecting game outcomes, provided phamco takes corrective action as described in Section 6
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from circumstances outside phamco's reasonable control
• Decisions you make based on information or content published on the phamco platform

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phamco's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

phamco is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment; it should never be seen as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

phamco provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable session time alerts that notify them when a defined gaming session duration has elapsed.

Your continued use of the phamco platform and Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using phamco's Services.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. Previous versions of these Terms are archived and available upon written request to phamco's support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phamco arising from your use of the platform or Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through phamco's internal dispute resolution process, which is accessible via the 24/7 support channel. phamco will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.
